How to Track Your Order with SHOP by Shopify
The Gift Merchant has partnered with SHOP by Shopify to provide you with FAST and ACCURATE order tracking! With the Shop app, you can easily monitor your package’s journey from our store to your doorstep. Here’s how to get started:
Step 1: Download the Shop App
The Shop app is available for free on both iOS and Android devices.
- For iOS Users: Download it from the App Store.
- For Android Users: Get it from the Google Play Store.
Step 2: Connect Your Email
After installing the app:
- Open the Shop app and sign in using the same email you used for your purchase at The Gift Merchant.
- The app will automatically sync your order if you used the same email. If prompted, grant access to your inbox for automatic order detection.
Step 3: Track Your Order in Real-Time
- Once synced, your order will appear in the app’s dashboard.
- You’ll see the current status, estimated delivery date, and real-time tracking updates.
- Push notifications will keep you informed about every movement of your package.
Step 4: Additional Features
- View your order history and keep all your receipts organized.
- Get personalized recommendations for future gifts from The Gift Merchant.
- Securely save your payment information for faster checkouts.
